1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and philplus ("philplus," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at philplus.net. By accessing, registering on, or using the philplus platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the philplus platform and close any account you may have opened. Your continued use of philplus after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the philplus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the philplus platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Philippine law, as enforced by PAGCOR, sets the minimum legal gambling age at 21. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of philplus or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment processors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or intermediary for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from philplus or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform pursuant to a voluntary self-exclusion agreement.

philplus will verify your age and identity as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted government-issued Philippine identification includes UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, and Voter's ID. philplus reserves the right to suspend any account and withhold associated funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) philplus account. Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. philplus may, at its sole discretion, close all accounts associated with an individual found to be multi-accounting and forfeit all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and mobile OTP. philplus will never request your password via email, SMS, or any customer support channel.

• You must notify philplus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• philplus is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to administrative maintenance fees as disclosed in the philplus fee schedule.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

philplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your philplus account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may require one (1) to three (3) business days depending on Philippine bank processing schedules.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. philplus aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within a few hours of request submission during standard operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to three (3) business days.

• philplus does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is flagged for security review, has unsettled bonus wagering requirements, or is pending final KYC document review.
• philplus reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals of ₱50,000 or more, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

philplus offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum stake permitted per bet or spin while bonus funds are active is ₱500, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account.
• philplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Any player found to be exploiting promotions in bad faith (including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or use of automated software) will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the philplus platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios using physical equipment subject to regulatory oversight.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent statistical averages over millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• The use of automated bots, artificial intelligence software, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the hand or spin result at the time of malfunction will govern settlement where a definitive outcome can be determined. If no outcome can be established, the wager will be voided and returned to the player's balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

philplus is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits settable through your account dashboard.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the philplus platform, with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the philplus platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity conducted through the philplus platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cooperative cheating in multi-player game formats.
• Unauthorized use of any third-party payment instrument, including GCash or bank accounts belonging to another person.
• Accessing the philplus platform through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or any unauthorized technical interference with the philplus platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the philplus platform — including but not limited to the philplus brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and all associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of philplus or its licensed providers. No part of the philplus platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of philplus.

Game content provided by third-party software suppliers remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier and is used by philplus under a valid commercial license.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philplus and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from platform malfunction, including technical errors, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond philplus's reasonable control.
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the philplus platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes philplus's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

philplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the philplus Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating a philplus account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philplus will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law enforcement agencies with valid legal process, or payment processors strictly for transaction facilitation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

philplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the philplus website at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the philplus platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your philplus account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the philplus platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through philplus's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also raise regulatory complaints with PAGCOR, which retains supervisory jurisdiction over philplus's gaming operations.
